Return Policy.

You are eligible for a return/exchange if your item is unopened from its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

You have 14 days to return an item to So In Hair Extensions Co. from the date you received it. Once we receive your item we will review it and decide whether you are eligible for a refund or not.

There is a 15% restocking fee that will be taken out of your refund.
